Ms. Radoff is the Chief Financial Officer for AREÁD and is responsible for financial reporting, tax planning, accounting and audit functions for the company and various other joint venture entities. Ms Radoff is a certified public accountant.
Prior to joining AREÁD in 2005, Ms Radoff worked for a public accounting firm in Scottsdale where she was responsible for managing tax engagements including homebuilders, land developers, professional practices, various other small businesses, and high net worth individuals. She also has experience in financial and estate planning, and trust income tax work.
Ms Radoff holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin graduating Magna Cum Laude.
Throughout her career, Ms Radoff has been active in the community volunteering her expertise to organizations including Hon Kachina Council, where she served as past treasurer and board member. She also served as former president, treasurer and board member for the Make-a-Wish Foundation of Wisconsin.
