Mr. Tysiac is Senior Vice President of Planning and Engineering for AREÁD. He has over 25 years of engineering experience in Arizona. Prior to joining AREÁD he was Vice President of Engineering and Land Development for Project Design Consultants and A-N West, both regional engineering firms. He also served as the City Engineer and Planning Director for the City of El Mirage for 10 years.
Over the years, Mr. Tysiac has demonstrated technical design expertise, project management skills, and team management. He has applied his professional technical expertise and management skills to 30 major designs as diverse as the North Scottsdale Aquifer Storage and Recovery Project, the Camelback Road Bridge over the Aqua Fria River, the innovative Indian Bend Skate Park, and the Goodyear Canyon Trails Master Plan.
Mr. Tysiac holds a Master's degree in Engineering and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering both from the University of Detroit. He is a Registered Arizona Civil Engineer, a Registered Arizona Land Surveyor, and a Registered Nevada Civil Engineer.
Mr. Tysiac's community involvement includes his current three years of service on the City of Peoria Board of Appeals and ten years as a Campfire Volunteer.
